On Monday afternoon, Israeli soldiers shot three young Palestinian men and abducted two of them, in Jenin, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.

The Palestinian News & Info Agency (WAFA)| said the soldiers shot the three young men near the Al-Ajlouni Junction in the Al-Basateen neighborhood in Jenin.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said the soldiers prevented its medics from approaching the wounded young men and abducted two.

The PRCS added that the medics were later allowed to take the third Palestinian, shot with several live rounds, to Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin.

In related news, the soldiers prevented PRCS medics from transferring a pregnant woman, about to give birth, to hospital, and rammed the ambulance with their jeep.

On Monday dawn, Israeli war jets fired many missiles into the Jenin refugee camp in the northern West Bank city of Jenin, killing eight Palestinians and wounding more than fifty, ten seriously, including gunshot wounds to the head and the back, as the army advanced into the area and surrounded it. So far, the army carried out more than twenty airstrikes.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said the eight slain Palestinians have been identified as Samih Firas Abu Al-Wafa, 21, Aws Hani Hannoun, 19, Husam Mohammad Abu Theeba, 18, Noureddin Husam Marshoud, 16, Mohammad Mohannad Shami, 23, Ahmad Mohammad Al-Amer, 21, Ali Hani Al-Ghoul, 17, and Majdi Ar’arawi, 17.
