On Tuesday evening, Israeli soldiers shot two young Palestinian men in Shuqba village, west of Ramallah, in the central part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources reported that several military vehicles invaded the village, after which soldiers stormed and ransacked a home, installing a sniper post on its rooftop.

Residents protested the invasion before the soldiers fired live rounds, gas bombs, and concussion grenades.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) confirmed that the soldiers shot two young men with live rounds and detained them.

Medics were initially prevented from approaching the wounded Palestinians but were later able to transport them to a hospital in Ramallah.

In related news, soldiers invaded Ni’lin town, west of Ramallah, and detained two young men at a military roadblock set up at the main entrance of Turmus Ayya town, northeast of the city.

Additionally, soldiers invaded Nabi Saleh village, northwest of Ramallah, closing streets, stopping and searching cars, and interrogating Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
