On Sunday, September 21st, day 716 of Israel’s ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip, Israeli forces continued their relentless assault on Gaza City, which has been ongoing for over a week using aerial bombardment, drone strikes, artillery shelling and ground troops in Gaza’s largest and most populous city.
According to Wafa News, Israeli forces killed 75 Palestinians and 304 Palestinians injured from Israeli firing arrived at hospitals in various areas of the Gaza Strip. A number of victims are still under the rubble and on the streets, where ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them at the moment. 
According to the same sources, 40 killed Palestinians were transferred to Al-Shifa Hospital, 15 to Al-Ma’amdani Hospital, 10 to Al-Awda Hospital, and 3 to Nasser Hospital .
10 fetuses were miscarried and three premature babies died due to the ongoing assault and harsh displacement conditions throughout northern and southern Gaza.
Israeli warplanes killed eight Palestinians, including four children and two women and injured 22 others, mostly women and children, in front of an UNRWA clinic in Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza Strip.
These warplanes also bombed the Al-Malash Tower in the south of Abu Youssef Al-Qawqa Roundabout, behind Al-Safa and Al-Marwa Mosque in Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City .
5 Palestinians in Gaza have died from the starvation imposed by the Israeli government and military. This brings the total number of victims of famine and malnutrition to 447 martyrs, including 147 children.

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced earlier today that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has risen to 65,283 killed and 166,575 wounded .
Hospitals had received 75 bodies and 304 new injuries in the past 24 hours, while a number of victims remained buried under the rubble and in the streets, with ambulance and civil defense crews unable to reach them.
The number of aid victims who arrived at hospitals over the past 24 hours reached 5 killed and 24 injuries, bringing the total number of livelihood victims who arrived at hospitals to 2,523 killed and more than 18,473 injuries.
