Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of coordinated invasions and field assaults across the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem on Tuesday evening, resulting in multiple abductions and widespread disruption.

The invasions targeted several Palestinian towns and neighborhoods, with reports of physical assaults, road closures, and the use of stun grenades against civilians.

In the Salfit governorate, in the central West Bank, Israeli forces abducted Nazih Fathallah Sharif, a young man from the town of al-Zawiya, after violently assaulting him in the town center.

Witnesses reported that soldiers chased Sharif through the streets before beating him and transferring him to an undisclosed location.

In the Ramallah and al-Bireh governorate, also in central West Bank, troops stormed the village of Abu Qash, north of Ramallah city, and abducted Maher Shreiteh, a resident of al-Mazra’a al-Gharbiya, after invading and ransacking his shop.

In Bethlehem, Israeli forces entered the town of al-Khader, south of the city, and deployed at the “al-Bawwaba” area along the main Jerusalem–Hebron road.

No abduction or home invasions were reported, but the military presence disrupted movement in the area.

In occupied Jerusalem, forces invaded the towns of Anata and al-Ram, northeast of the city, firing stun grenades at the main traffic circle and causing a severe traffic jam.

The Jaba military roadblock was also closed for several hours, further obstructing civilian movement.

On Tuesday night, Israeli forces shot and critically injured a Palestinian child after invading the town of Al-Yamoun, northwest of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank.

In related news, two Palestinians were shot and killed by occupation forces on Tuesday evening near the Gush Etzion colonialist bloc south of Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank, following what Israel called “a ramming and stabbing attack” that left one Israeli dead and three others wounded.

Also Tuesday, Israeli forces shot a journalist and a child with live ammunition during a demonstration held by displaced Palestinians in the Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarem in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.

Earlier Tuesday, Israeli occupation forces continued their campaign of abductions and invasions across the occupied West Bank, targeting cities, refugee camps, and villages from Bethlehem in the south to Jenin in the north, amid ongoing military pressure and daily incursions.
