Israeli forces carried out a massacre in Gaza City, in the northern Gaza Strip, and wounded others in Khan Younis in the south, on Friday night.
WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli tanks targeted a civilian vehicle with artillery shells in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City, killing 11 displaced Palestinians.
The occupation army alleged that the vehicle crossed the “yellow line” towards its forces, claiming that the vehicle posed an “immediate threat”.
In a statement, a spokesman for the Civil Defense in Gaza, Mahmoud Basal, said that the occupation killed 11 members of the Abu Shaaban family on Friday night, while they were checking on their home.
Basal added that among those killed were 7 children and 3 women, indicating that civil defence crews encountered challenges reaching the bodies as a result of the difficult field conditions.
The Islamic resistance movement Hamas, in a statement, said that Israel’s “ongoing violations of the recently reached ceasefire agreement, as the Zionist enemy continues to carry out its attacks and crimes against our people, in flagrant violation of all obligations stipulated in the agreement, which confirms its aggressive intentions.”
Meanwhile, Israeli drones injured at least three, Palestinian civilians, including a woman, east of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, on Friday,
WAFA correspondent reported that and armed an Israeli drone opened fire towards citizens in the town of Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis, while media sources said that three citizens sustained gunshot wounds.
The ARAB 48 news website reported that the occupation army has killed at least 48 Palestinians and wounded dozens of others since the beginning of the ceasefire between Israel and the Hamas resistance movement, on October 10, 2025.
After more that 2 years of unprecedented Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, at least 68,116 Palestinians have been killed while at least 170,200 have been injured.
