On Wednesday evening, the army continued its invasions and violent searches across the occupied West Bank and abducted five Palestinians in Jenin, Nablus, Jerusalem, and Ramallah.

In Ya’bad town, south of Jenin in the northern West Bank, the soldiers invaded and ransacked homes and abducted a former political prisoner, Hamza Herzallah.

Media sources said Hamza has four brothers who are also political prisoners, held in several Israeli prisons.

The soldiers also invaded Beit Furik town, east of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, and abducted Hilal Abu Saud, after storming his home and ransacking it.

During the invasion, the soldiers closed streets, stopped and searched many cars, and interrogated the Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

The soldiers also invaded various surrounding villages and towns, and closed streets, leading to protests.

In occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers abducted a young man from the Shu’fat refugee camp, north of the city, and a child, Nour Kanaan Khatib, from Hizma town, northeast of Jerusalem.

In Nabi Saleh village, northwest of the central West Bank city of Ramallah, the soldiers abducted a young man, Mo’tasem Tamimi, after storming his home and ransacking it for a few hours.

Media sources said Tamimi was not home when the soldiers invaded it, but returned to the property after the soldiers assaulted and interrogated his father and siblings and caused damage to the property.

Also Wednesday, the soldiers fatally shot a young Palestinian woman, Maymouna Abdul-Hamid Harahsha, 20, on the bypass road #60, north of Hebron, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.

Media sources said the soldiers fired several live rounds from point-blank range at the woman and left her bleeding on the ground until she succumbed to her wounds.

On Wednesday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted at least fifteen Palestinians, including former political prisoners, from several parts of the occupied West Bank.
