Israeli occupation forces carried out a wide series of invasions across the occupied West Bank on Tuesday, breaking into homes, abducting Palestinians, and installing military roadblocks in several districts, in addition to several violations by illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers.
In Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the Dheisheh refugee camp, broke into the home of Louay Yousef Salim, 22, and abducted him after searching the property.
The forces also invaded the Aida and Al-Azza refugee camps to the north and the city of Beit Jala to the west, though no additional abductions were reported.
Furthermore, the soldiers installed a military roadblock near the area of Bilal bin Rabah Mosque at the northern entrance of Bethlehem, where they stopped vehicles, searched them, and inspected citizens’ identification cards.
North of occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces invaded the Qalandia refugee camp at dawn with several military vehicles, broke into homes, and abducted two young men, Yousef Rateb and Ahmad Fayyala, after ransacking their properties, especially in the home of Yousef who is also a former political prisoner.
Earlier at dawn, Israeli colonizers invaded a Bedouin community near the town of Mikhmas northeast of occupied Jerusalem, burned a tent, and attempted to steal sheep and destroy property before soldiers arrived at the scene.
In Nablus in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the town of Beita and abducted Ziad Ahmad Daoud after breaking into his home.
In the western part of the city, soldiers invaded the al-Ma‘ajeen neighborhood and abducted Adam Ja‘ara following a home invasion.
The forces also invaded the village of Surra west of Nablus later in the day as part of a broader military campaign.
Also, Israeli colonizers invaded several villages and towns in the Jenin governorate, especially in Arraba, Raba, Zababda and Misilyah, attacking residents and lands.
In Salfit in the central West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the town of Bruqin at dawn, broke into the home of Ibrahim Dumra, and abducted him.
The forces also invaded the nearby village of Farkha, searched several homes, and tampered with their contents without reporting additional abductions.
In Ramallah, in the central West Bank, paramilitary Israeli colonizers stormed the Nabi Ghaith shrine in the village of Deir Ammar, northwest of the city.
Local sources reported that dozens of colonizers invaded the village and headed toward the shrine, an early Ottoman‑era structure covering roughly one dunam and surrounded by trees and natural vegetation.
The shrine sits atop Mount Nabi Ghaith at an elevation of nearly 600 meters above sea level and is considered one of the notable natural and historical sites in the Ramallah and al‑Bireh district.
It is also listed among the designated routes within the “Palestine Nature Reserves” trail network.
Residents noted a marked increase in colonizer incursions into the site in recent weeks, raising concerns over attempts to assert control over the area.
In Tulkarem in the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the town of Attil and carried out extensive home searches.
The forces also invaded the village of Qaffin north of Tulkarem, conducting home searches and interrogating residents in the streets.
In Qalqilia in the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the town of Jayyous and abducted a young man, Osama al-Qaddoumi, after breaking into his home.
In Hebron in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the town of Beit Ummar, broke into numerous homes, climbed onto rooftops, and abducted five residents, including a 16‑year‑old child.
The abducted residents are Hamza Nasser Hassan Abu Maria, 30; Qassam Ahmad Khader Abu Maria, 30; Bilal Mousa Mohammad Bahr; Ahmad Fathi Younes Sabarna, 16; and Ahmad As‘ad Shalalda.
The forces also closed internal roads and distributed leaflets threatening residents with further pursuit and abduction.
In the southern area of Hebron city, Israeli forces bulldozed land in the Jabal Barghouth area and uprooted trees belonging to the Abu Sneina family.
In the Al-Fawwar refugee camp south of Hebron, several residents suffered from tear gas inhalation after Israeli forces fired toxic gas and sound bombs toward homes during an invasion. Medical teams treated the injured on-site.
Meanwhile, Israeli colonizers, accompanied by the Israeli army, continued their attacks across the occupied West Bank.
The colonizers closed roads, smashed vehicles near the entrance of Sa‘ir in the southern West Bank and set fire to citizens’ tents in the town of Mikhmas north of occupied Jerusalem, attempting to damage property and steal livestock. When residents attempted to defend themselves, Israeli soldiers assaulted them.
The invasions across the West Bank also included widespread military deployment, violent home searches, and citizen harassment across multiple districts, forming part of an ongoing campaign of abductions and pressure on Palestinian communities throughout the occupied West Bank.
