On Friday morning, the Israeli occupation forces raided towns and cities in the northern and southern West Bank, harassing and abducting Palestinians, and damaging their property.

Northern West Bank invasions:

In the city of Nablus, Israeli troops surrounded a house in Balata refugee camp in the east. According to the Palestinian Wafa News Agency, a special force of the Israeli occupation army stormed Balata refugee camp and surrounded a house, followed by the storming of a number of occupation vehicles east of the city, which led to clashes with young men.

The occupation forces raided a Palestinian house after besieging it, and abducted the young man Ahmed Samir Hashash, before withdrawing from the place, noting that the occupation forces damaged a number of Palestinians’ vehicles during the raid.

Local sources said the Israeli military incursion into the eastern area of Nablus at dawn on Friday was to secure the incursion of Israeli settlers into Joseph’s Tomb.

The troops also invaded the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin.

Security and local sources told Wafa reporters that the Israeli occupation forces arrested the two young men, Ahmad Jassim Nazzal and Usaid Raed Khuzaimia Al-Zaghloul, during their raid into the town and raiding the homes of their relatives.

Special units of the Israeli occupation army had stormed the town, before storming the occupation military vehicles, where the occupation forces deployed their snipers on the roofs of buildings, amid shooting at vehicles and towards citizens and their homes, without reporting injuries.

In a related context, the Israeli occupation forces continue to raid the village of Jalboun, northeast of Jenin, for the sixth consecutive day.

Our correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation forces set up a military observation point in Mughassila and deployed a foot division inside the neighborhoods of the village, which led to clashes amid the firing of stun grenades and flares, but no injuries or arrests were reported.

In the Qalqilya district, Israeli occupation forces raided at dawn on Friday the towns of Azzun and Jayyous, east of Qalqilya, and raided several homes.

Local sources confirmed that several Israeli military vehicles stormed the town of Azzun after a special force of the occupation army (undercover) surrounded the house of Ashraf Salim, before raiding it, where it destroyed its contents and wreaked havoc and corruption, without reporting arrests.

The sources indicated that the occupation forces withdrew from Azzun, stormed the town of Jayyous and raided one of the houses.

 

Central West Bank invasions:

At dawn on Friday, Israeli troops abducted three Palestinians, including a teacher from Jalazone camp, north of Ramallah.

According to local sources in the camp, the Israeli occupation forces abducted Jihad Nakhleh (33 years old) after raiding and searching his house and tampering with its contents. They also abducted Ahmed Mustafa al-Nush and Moaz Mamoun al-Ramahi. Local sources reported that the children were targeted by the Israeli military for the ‘crime’ of setting up a Palestinian flag.

The sources confirmed that the occupation forces stormed the camp, deployed foot teams in several places, and the occupation soldiers raided several houses, the owners of which were known to be Saeed Shahwan, Mamoun Al-Ramahi, and Abu Yasser Al-Hattab.

 

Southern West Bank invasions:

Also Friday, the Israeli occupation forces abducted a Palestinian and stormed several towns in Hebron governorate, in the southern West Bank.

Security and local sources told the Wafa news agency that the Israeli occupation forces abducted Mohammed Yousef Al-Fessisi, from the town of Idna, west of Hebron, after raiding his house and tampering with its contents.

The Israeli occupation forces also raided the towns of Dura and Al-Samou’ south of Hebron, the town of Ithna in the west, and several neighborhoods in the city of Hebron, and searched several homes.

In addition, the Israeli occupation forces continued to close the entrance to the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem, for the second consecutive day.

Local sources told a correspondent with the Palestinian Wafa news agency that the Israeli occupation forces continue to close the areas of “Al-Shorafa” and “Al-Muteena” at the eastern entrance to the village, on the main street, while closing all shops in the area and preventing the movement of citizens.

The sources added that the Palestinian residents of the village have been forced to take a bumpy dirt road in order to reach their homes in the village or to the town of Nahalin and the village of Wadi Fukin.
