The Palestinian center For Human Rights (PCHR) in Gaza published on Thursday its weekly report on the Israeli violations in the Palestinian occupied territories in the period between April 5 – 11. The PCHR reported that Israeli troops killed two Palestinians, injured 15 others, and continued the violations against the Palestinian residents.The PCHR reported that Israeli troops shot and killed a Palestinian civilian in the occupied West Bank, and a resistance fighter in the Gaza Strip.
On April 6, an Israeli military drone fired 4 missiles at Palestinian fighters in the northern part of the Gaza Strip and killed Fuad Nabil Abu Ma’rouf, 20, from the Jabalia refugee camp, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.,
Meanwhile, on April 5, soldiers shot and killed a Palestinian civilian from Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank. The resident was identified as ‘Abdul ‘Aziz al-Mutawar; he was near the Jerusalem-Jericho road, east of Jerusalem, the army claimed that soldiers fired at a Palestinian resident who did not stop when they ordered him to do so”.
Al Mutawar is married and a father to three children, he wife is currently pregnant.
Moreover, three Palestinians from the Gaza Strip died of earlier wounds suffered during an Israeli shelling to the Gaza Strip.
The PCHR reported that the army carried 27 invasions into Palestinian communities in the West Bank, and kidnapped 42 Palestinians, including three children and one woman.
12 of the kidnapped residents were abducted by the army at military checkpoints; three of them are a judge, a child and a paramedic.
15 Palestinian civilians, including 7 children were injured by the army during these invasions. 10 civilians were injured during the weekly non-violent protest against the Annexation Wall in Bil’in village, West of Ramallah.
Also, troops broke into the Arab Evangelical Hospital in Nablus city, in the northern part of the West Bank, and partially demolished an apartment building in the city.
Full and strict siege remained in place in the Gaza Strip which continued to suffer from shortages of fuels, medicine, foods and other basic goods.
Meanwhile, settlers continued their attacks against the Palestinian residents and burnt a Palestinian car in Hebron city, in the southern part of the West Bank. The burnt vehicle belongs to resident Hana’ Jamil Abu Haikal.
Abu Haikal lives near the illegal Israeli settlement outpost of Ramat-Yihsai, in Tal Romeida neighborhood, in the center of Hebron.
For the third consecutive week, the settlers continued to occupy a Palestinian house they occupied in Hebron; the army did not attempt to evacuate them.
