The PA arrests 37 Hamas activists

The Palestinian authority launched a campaign of arrests against activists from the Hamas movement in the West Bank city of Jenin On Monday morning.

During the past 2 days the PA has arrested 37 Hamas activists from the city of Jenin. The campaign included searching their houses and confiscating computers. All the arrested activists were detained pending further investigation. These developments follow the arrest of 40 Fatah members in the Gaza strip earlier this week after a fatal car bombing that left 3 dead and 20 others injured.
