Dozens of Israeli settlers stormed, on Sunday morning, the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, under protection of Israeli police.

Sources from Jerusalem said that about 49 settlers broke into Al-Aqsa Mosque during the morning hours, via the Mugrabi gate, and carried out provocative rounds in the courtyards, according to Al Ray.

Israeli settlers reportedly raid the Islamic holy site on a near daily basis, under police protection, in an attempt to apply their plan to divide the mosque temporally and spatially.
