Israeli soldiers invaded, earlier Tuesday, the town of Beit Ummar, north of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, and searched several homes.
Media sources said the soldiers invaded and violently searched many homes in the town, and interrogated the residents while inspecting their ID cards.
They identified the owners of some of the invaded homes as Mahmoud Ayyad Awad, Mahmoud Abdul-Aziz Awad, Mahammad Abdul-Aziz Awad, Ahmad Mahmoud Awad, Mohammad Hussein ‘Aadi and Ali Kamal Ekhlayyel.
Several Palestinian youngsters protested the invasion, and hurled stones at the soldiers, who fired rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs and concussion grenades.
