The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers abducted, on Tuesday at dawn, sixteen Palestinians from several parts of the occupied West Bank, after the army invaded and searched many homes.
The PPS said the soldiers abducted Yousef Hosha, the father of Omar Hosha who is imprisoned by Israel, in addition to Ya’ad Abu Ayyash, from Beit Ummar town, north of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, but is living in Birzeit city as he is a student at Birzeit University near Ramallah.
The soldiers also invaded Jaba’ town, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and abducted Nayef Khalil Hamamra.
In Nablus, in northern West Bank, the soldiers stormed many homes and searched them in several parts of the governorate, before abducting Mahmoud an-Namrouti, Mohammad Omar Hashshash, Mohammad al-Osheibi, and Akram Ma’an Johar.
In Bethlehem, south of occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers abducted Abed Faraj Salhab, from his home in the city.
In addition, the soldiers invaded Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, searched many homes before abducting Mustafa Fahmi Za’aqeeq, 17, and Mahmoud Shawkat Alqam, 18.
In occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers searched many homes in the al-‘Isawiya town, before abducting Majd Marwan Dari, Mohammad Emad Dari, Wadea’ Abu al-Hummus, and Mahmoud Gharib.
Two Palestinians, identified as Ibrahim al-Mallah and Abed al-Mallah, were abducted from their homes in the Qalandia refugee camp, north of Jerusalem.
