The Israeli Army Special Unit abducted one resident from the village of Alar north of the West Bank city of Tulkarem on Thursday morning.
Mohamed Amer, 19, was attacked, arrested and finally taken from his village by Israeli forces, eyewitnesses reported.
Local sources reported that the army had already tried to arrest Amer three times, claiming that he was a member of Islamic Jihad.
