The Israeli Navy opened fire, on Sunday, opened fire at Palestinian fishermen, while the army opened fire towards agricultural land in different areas of the besieged Gaza Strip, according to local sources.
Israeli soldiers opened fire towards Palestinian-owned farmland in al-Fakhari town in Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, with no reported injuries.
Meanwhile, Navy gunboats, along the Mediterranean coast of the Gaza Strip, opened fire at fishermen in the as-Sudaniya and al-Wahaa areas, in the north and off the coast of Gaza City in the central coastal enclave.
There were no reports of injuries.
The occupation forces frequently harass and shoot at Palestinian fishermen and farmers while they were attempting to make a living to provide for their families in the occupied Palestinian territory.
On Friday night Israeli navy ships attacked, a Palestinian fishing boat with live fire and water cannons, off the coast of Gaza city in the central Gaza Strip, and abducted five fishermen, before releasing three.
Since 2007, the Israeli occupation authorities have imposed an inhumane air, land, and sea blockade on the more than two million inhabitants of the tiny coastal enclave, and waged four military onslaughts against the population.
