On Tuesday night, Israeli soldiers invaded two villages near Ramallah, and one near Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank, leading to protests.

Media sources in Ramallah in the central West Bank said that several Israeli army jeeps invaded Ras Karkar and the al-Janiya villages west of Ramallah, leading to protests.

The sources added that the soldiers fired several gas bombs and concussion grenades at the protesters.

In addition, the soldiers invaded Teqoua’, east of Bethlehem, and installed surveillance cameras on electric poles in the Khirbat ad-Deir area in the center of the town.

On Wednesday at dawn, Palestinian medical sources confirmed that Ahmad Hikmat Saif, 23, died from severe wounds he suffered a week earlier, after Israeli soldiers shot him near Nablus, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
