Israeli soldiers abducted, Tuesday dawn, at least five Palestinians from their homes in several parts of the occupied West Bank.
Several army jeeps invaded Birzeit town, near the central West Bank city of Ramallah, searched homes, and abducted a student of Birzeit University, Amjad Salama, from the al-Jalazonerefugee camp.
Also, the soldiers abducted a lawyer, Omar Safir, after several army jeeps invaded Jifna town, north of Ramallah. The Palestinian is from the al-Jalazonerefugee camp.
The soldiers also invaded Qaffin and Atteel towns, north of the northern West Bank city of Tulkarem, searched homes, and abducted Omar Daoud and Khaled Abu Khazna.
In Qalqilia, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Ala’ Miskawi, 29, after breaking into his home and ransacking it.
In Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank, the soldiers installed several roadblocks in various parts of the governorate, especially near Halhoul Bridge, the al-Fawwar refugee camp, the towns of Sa’ir, Halhoul, and ath-Thaheriyya, before stopping and searching dozens of cars, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
