On Friday night, Israeli soldiers abducted two Palestinians near the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank.
Media sources said the soldiers stopped the two young men, Mohammad Farouq Ashour from Kafr Dan town and Haroun Abu al-Haija from al-Yamoun town, near the northern West Bank city of Jenin, while heading to the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The two were stopped near one of the gates of the holy site on the eve of the Al-Adha Muslim feast and were taken to an interrogation facility in Jerusalem.
