On Wednesday evening, undercover Israeli soldiers infiltrated the main entrance of the Deheishe refugee camp, south of the West Bank city of Bethlehem, and kidnapped two Palestinians.
Eyewitnesses said the undercover soldiers came in a car with local license plates before kidnapped Hamza Saifi, 31, and Saleh Jo’eidi, 30.
They added that the two men were taken in front of a local shop and were moved to an unknown destination.
Regular army units invaded the area leading to protests before the army fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs.
