One Palestinian child was killed on Monday at noon by Israeli military fire while he was standing on the rooftop of his parent’s house in Beit Hanoun, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip. One resident was killed on Monday morning in a separate attack in Beit Hanoun.
The Palestinian News Agency, WAFA, reported that an under-cover unit of the Israeli forces shot and killed Mohannad Sa’ad Mosbih, 16, while he was standing on the rooftop of his parent’s home.
Earlier on Monday at dawn, soldiers shot and killed resident Mahmoud Mohammad Al Kafarneh, 21, and injured another resident who was standing with Al Kafarna near the door of his house.
Also, soldiers surrounded Beit Hanoun Hospital and demolished the rear wall surrounding the hospital. Soldiers barred the residents from entering or leaving the hospital while soldiers, with sniper rifles, topped several surrounding building.
Also, troops broke into the Al Ahli Club, located in front of the hospital and used it as a military post and monitoring tower.
Eyewitnesses reported that soldiers broke into an office that belong to Fateh movement and an institution in the town using both constructions as military posts.
