The Israeli army invaded the West Bank city of Jenin on Wednesday morning and took one resident as a prisoner.

Mohamed Zoghbi, 30, was taken prisoner when more than ten army vehicles stormed the city.  Troops searched and ransacked several houses including Zoghbi’s, before he was taken to an unknown location, eyewitnesses reported.

Zoghbi’s family said that the soldiers used police dogs in the search of their house, damaged family belongings and stole NIS 1000 before leaving.
