On Tuesday, Israeli soldiers invaded Deir Ballout town, west of the central West Bank city of Salfit, and demolished a commercial facility.
The Mayor of Deir Ballout, Samir Nimir, said several army jeeps and bulldozers invaded the town and demolished the commercial facility for being built without a permit from the “Civil Administration Office,” the administrative branch of the illegal occupation.
Ballout added that the Israeli bulldozers demolished the 350 square meter structure that consisted of two sections, a barn, and a carpentry workshop, owned by Jamil Abdul-Wahab Abdullah.
During the invasion and the demolition, the soldiers fired several live rounds, gas bombs, and concussion grenades at Palestinians who protested the attack.
The soldiers also assaulted, punched, and dragged many Palestinians during the demolition and deployed more vehicles in the area.
