On Friday dawn, Palestinian medical sources said a child was injured after the Israeli army fired missiles and shells at homes and buildings west of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
Media sources said an Israeli F16 fighter jet fired two missiles at an area west of Khan Younis, causing damage to the targeted site and surrounding homes.
They added that a child, 12 years of age, suffered moderate wounds when the windows of his family’s home shattered due to the bombing.
The bombings caused damage to several homes and buildings before rescue teams, and medics rushed to the area.
