Late Thursday night, Israeli soldiers abducted a young Palestinian man in Faqqu’a village, northwest of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and invaded many surrounding villages.

Media sources said the soldiers abducted Ala’ Abdul-Karim Athamna after many army jeeps invaded Faqqu’a and took him to a nearby military base.

They added that the soldiers also invaded Rommana and Zabbouba villages west of Jenin and installed roadblocks on their main entrances.

The soldiers also installed a roadblock at the main entrance of Arraba town, south of Jenin, stopped and searched dozens of cars, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

In addition, the soldiers invaded olive orchards in Ya’bad town, southwest of Jenin, and fired many flares.

On Thursday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted twenty Palestinians in several parts of the occupied West Bank, including fourteen from the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp south of Jericho.
