Israeli occupation soldiers abducted, at dawn Tuesday, 25 Palestinian young men, including several former prisoners from various parts of the West Bank, local sources reported.
In the northern occupied West Bank, an undercover Israeli unit infiltrated Zababdeh town, south of Jenin, and abducted three Palestinians, including two brothers.
Soldiers stormed and searched the homes of the brothers Mahmoud al-Far and Rabie Amjad al-Far, in addition to the former prisoner, Hassan Samer al-Sharqawi, before abducting them.
The home of former prisoner Muhyiddin Saeed Najm, in the town of Siris, south of Jenin, was invaded and searched, before he was abducted by Israeli forces.
In the central part of the occupied West Bank, Israeli troops abducted thirteen Palestinian young men from Kobar town, northwest of Ramallah, most of whom are former prisoners.
According to Shawkat Al-Barghouti, the mayor of the town, occupation forces stormed and searched the homes of the following young men, prior to abducting them.
Yasser Ibrahim Al-Fahal, Zahi Ismail Al-Barghouti, Saher Ismail Al-Barghouti, Anas Sarhan Al-Barghouti, Ayham Miteb Al-Barghouti, Qassam Majd Al-Barghouti, Israr Majd Al-Barghouti, Ibaa Waheed Al-Barghouti, Suhaib Saher Al-Barghouti, Muhammad Atiwi, Ahmed Radwan Al-Ghazzawi, Waad Osama Al-Barghouti, and Samer Muhammad Nader.
Al-Barghouti added that local youths protested the incursion, which soldiers responded to by firing tear gas canisters and concussion grenades at those who resisted. No injuries were reported.
From the occupied city of Jerusalem, occupation forces invaded and searched the home of Hatem al-Salaymeh in the Old City, and Mahdi Ayyad and Khaled Ayyad from Abu Dis village, on the eastern border of occupied Jerusalem, before abducting them.
It was added that local Palestinians protested the army’s invasion into the Shu’fat refugee camp, in the northern part of occupied Jerusalem, and the At-Tur neighborhood, east of the Old City. There were no reports of any injuries.
In the southern part of the West Bank, soldiers invaded the Aida refugee camp, north of Bethlehem and abducted Abbas Zaher Sadouk, after breaking into and searching his home.
Soldiers stormed and searched the homes of Amr Ismail Daadra, and Hani Ismail Abu Shaira in the nearby Al-Azza (Beit Jibrin) refugee camp, before abducting them.
According to Palestinian activist, Muhammad Awad, soldiers stormed several neighborhoods in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, in the southern West Bank, and abducted two former prisoners, Abu Youssef Abu Maria, 22, and Musa Khaled Awad, 22.
