On Thursday dawn, Israeli soldiers shot a young Palestinian man and abducted six in the Deheishe refugee camp, south of Bethlehem, Doha town, west of the city, and al-Asakra area, east of Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank.
Media sources said several armored Israeli military jeeps invaded the refugee camp before the soldiers stormed, ransacked many homes, and abducted three Palestinians.
The sources said the soldiers abducted Amer Daraghma, 43, Suleiman Haitham Mizhir, 21, and Wisam Abdul-Rahman.
Many Palestinians protested the invasion and hurled stones at the army jeeps before the soldiers shot a young man with a live round in the leg.
The soldiers also fired gas bombs and concussion grenades, causing many to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
In Doha town, west of Bethlehem, the soldiers abducted Mohammad Nader Hmeid, 19, and Taqeyeddin Saleh Manasra, 26.
In Al-Asakra area, east of Bethlehem, the soldiers abducted Ali Karim Kamel Asakra, 18, from his home.
