Updated: On Monday, Day 101 of the ongoing Israeli onslaught on the civilians in the besieged and devastated Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles and shells have killed dozens of Palestinians, largely women, and children, and injured many more, in addition to burying scores under the rubble.

Update: Israeli missiles struck many areas in northern Gaza and in the center of Gaza City, killing at least 33 Palestinians, including children, and wounding dozens.

The army also fired missiles and shells into Al-Boreij, Nusseirat, and Zawaida in central Gaza, causing many casualties; the army also fired Phosphorous shells in Zawaida.

Medical sources said the army fired a missile at a home in the Zeitoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City, killing at least six and wounding 15.

In Khan Younis, fighters of the Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, targeted and destroyed several military vehicles, including tanks, killing five Israeli soldiers, east of the city.

Furthermore, Palestinian Civil Defense teams managed to rescue two Palestinian children who were extracted a live from under the rubble of a bombarded home in Gaza City.

The Israeli army said eighteen soldiers were injured in several parts of the Gaza Strip in the last twenty-four hours, bringing the number of wounded soldiers since the beginning of the ground offensive on October 27 to 1124, including 250 who suffered serious wounds.  At least 523 soldiers were killed since October 7.

Israel’s missiles and shells also killed at least sixteen Palestinians, including six children, and injured dozens in several parts of Khan Younis in the southern part of the coastal enclave.

Among the slain Palestinians, an 11-year-old child, Wasim Fayyad, was killed by the Israeli army this afternoon near the Civil Defense headquarters east of the city of Khan Younis.

Israeli missiles also killed two Palestinians and injured many others in the Abasan area, east of Khan Younis.

Palestinian medics and rescue operators also located the corpses of dozens of Palestinians buried under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings in the Sabra neighborhood in Gaza City.

Furthermore, Israeli navy ships fired several shells at the neighborhoods of Tal Al-Hawa and Sheikh Ejleen, west of Gaza City, causing casualties.

At least two Palestinians were killed and many injured in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City.

In Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles struck homes north of the city, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, including eleven who were killed in one home.

In the central Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles killed and injured dozens of Palestinians in several parts of the Al-Musaddar village, in addition to the Al-Boreij and Al-Maghazi refugee camps.

At least four Palestinians were killed, and many were injured by an Israeli missile in the Al-Boreij refugee camp.

At least twenty-two Palestinians were killed, and dozens were injured by an Israeli missile in the Thalathini street area in central Gaza.

It is worth mentioning that the Gaza Strip remained disconnected from telecommunications and the internet for the fourth time since October 7, 2023, due to Israel’s ongoing aggression, which has resulted in destroying %80 of telecommunications infrastructure.

Palestinian communications and maintenance workers were also repeatedly targeted by the Israeli army despite coordination through international institutions to enter certain areas.

Israel’s missiles and shells also destroyed towers, broadcast equipment, telecommunications lines, and infrastructure in several parts of the Gaza Strip.

Al-Jazeera quoted Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant stating, “during 100 days of operations in Gaza, we moved from war in our territory to war inside the Gaza Strip,” and added that the “operations in northern Gaza have been concluded and will be concluded soon in the south.

Gallant added that “eliminating Hamas required a long time,” and that “Israel will eliminate Hamas, eliminate everyone who participated in the October 7 attack, retrieve the capture Israelis and achieve all stated objectives.”  He also called on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to ensure unified government due to “its role in achieving victory.”

He failed to mention that fact that the majority of slain and wounded Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are civilians, largely women and children, the humanitarian catastrophe, famine and destruction his army is causing in Gaza.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) said what happened to the Palestinians during the first 100 days of the Israeli war on Gaza is the largest displacement of the Palestinians since the year 1948.

It added that “An entire generation of children is traumatized and will take years to heal. Thousands have been killed, maimed, and orphaned. Hundreds of thousands are deprived of education. Their future is in jeopardy, with far-reaching and long-lasting consequences. Despite repeated calls, a humanitarian ceasefire is still not in place to stop the killing of people in Gaza and enable the safe delivery of food, medicine, water, and shelter.”

More than %70 of the northern parts of the Gaza Strip have been destroyed by Israeli missiles and shells.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said the army “committed 12 massacres in the Gaza Strip, killing 132 Palestinians and wounding 252” and added that Israel has now killed at least 24.000 Palestinians and injured 60.317, in addition to 8.000 who remain missing, largely buried under the rubble of bombarded homes and building.

Israeli missiles and attacks have also killed more than 326 medical staff and injured 764, in addition to destroying 94 healthcare centers, 65 hospitals, and 76 ambulances. The Israeli army also abducted 65 medics and healthcare workers.

Israeli missiles have damage or destroyed 56 clinics and 121 ambulances; only six ambulances are still operational in the Gaza Strip.

Israeli missiles and shells have killed 45 Palestinian medics and Civil Defense workers in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023
