On Friday, Day 238 of the ongoing genocide of the Palestinians in the destroyed and starved Gaza Strip, the Israeli army continued the bombing and shelling of various parts of the coastal enclave and targeted UNRWA facilities, schools, and buildings sheltering displaced families, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians.
The Israeli army continued the bombing and shelling of various parts of the Gaza Strip from the land, the air, and the sea, targeting dozens of homes, public buildings, UNRWA buildings, and medical centers.
The army also expanded its ground offensive in large areas of Rafah, in the Gaza Strip’s southmost part, while bombing and shelling many areas, killing, and wounding dozens of Palestinians, including women and children.
At least two Palestinians were killed, and many were injured in the Saudi neighborhood and near Al-Iskan Al-Ahmar west of Rafah, while four Palestinians were killed and several others were injured by Israeli artillery shells in the Laffet Bader area, north of Rafah.
Many Palestinians were killed and injured in renewed Israeli bombing and shelling in the central and eastern parts of Rafah, and in the Nusseirat refugee camp, in central Gaza.
Medical sources in Rafah said the army killed at least 19 Palestinians, and injured dozens, including many women and children, in many areas of the city, especially the western, the central, the northern and the northeaster parts, including Tal Al-Sultan, Yibna refugee camp, Qishta Street, the Shaboura neighborhood, the Saudi neighborhood, Laffet Bader
Medica sources said thirteen Palestinians were killed and dozens were injured, in several parts of central Gaza, including eight Palestinians, a father, his wife, several siblings and relatives, when the army fired a missiles at a home for the As-Sous family, in addition to four Palestinians from the Al-Hoor family and one in a home for the Jahjouh family.
Three Palestinians were killed and many injured when the army fired artillery shells and missiles at the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.
The army also fired missiles at a home in the Al-Jala’ street in the center of Gaza City, killing and wounding many Palestinians.
Also, at least three Palestinians were killed, and many were injured when the army fired artillery shells at the Salahuddin Mosque in the Zeitoun neighborhoods in Gaza City.
More than three Palestinians were killed, and many were injured, when the army fired a missile at a home near the Al-Ghafri Junction In Gaza City.
Yahia Sarraj, the mayor of Gaza, said the Israeli army deliberately and constantly destroyed infrastructure, including sewage and water infrastructure and facilities, service centers, and various important facilities that serve the locals, with the clear aim of displacing the Palestinians and preventing them from returning.
Sarraj added that the city remains unable to reopen the destroyed roads due to the massive destruction and debris of bombarded homes and buildings, which has also impacted the ability to provide any sort of services, water, and vital emergency services.
In Jabalia refugee camp, in northern Gaza, Palestinian medics and rescue teams located the corpses of dozens of Palestinians under the rubble of bombarded homes.
Medical sources said the medics found the corpses of more than 70 Palestinians, including 20 children, under the rubble, and added that the medics continue the search for more victims under the rubble of homes, schools, make-shift refugee centers, bombarded hospitals, and clinics, in addition to centers run by the UNRWA.
The Palestinians, with limited means, are still looking under the rubble due to the massive destruction of homes and buildings, service centers, and public facilities, after the army withdrew from Jabalia, the Jabalia refugee camp and nearby Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza.
The army bombarded, bulldozed, and destroyed residential blocks, homes, and buildings in the Jabalia refugee camp for twenty days, killing and wounding hundreds of Palestinians, and displacing more than 200.000.
The Israeli army said two of its soldiers were killed, and six were injured, in addition to ten who were killed in the 20-day invasion and offensive in Jabalia refugee camp, and in southern Gaza, bringing the number of soldiers, killed by Palestinian fighters since October 7, 2023, to 644.
In Beit Hanoun, in the northeastern part of the Gaza Strip, the army fired a missiles at a home for the Adwan family, killing eight Palestinians and wounding many others, in addition to causing many casualties in a home for the Shawish family.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) said it received horrific reports from the Jabalia refugee camp, regarding the deaths of dozens of civilians, including children sheltering in one of its schools after the Israeli tanks surrounded and bombed them during the past few weeks.

UNRWA said on X social media platform that it received reports of @UNRWA offices destroyed by air strikes and bulldozed by the Israeli army.
It added that “More than 170 UNRWA premises have been damaged or destroyed across #GazaStrip – our facilities are #NotATarget.”
The Palestinian Health Ministry said the army committed five massacres against entire families in the Gaza Strip, killing dozens and wounding hundreds, and added that the corpses of 60 Palestinians, and 280 wounded, were moved to hospitals in the last 24 hours, in addition to the dozens who remain under the rubble.
Israel has now killed at least 36.284 Palestinians and injured more than 82.057, mostly women, children, and elderly, in several parts of the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.
