Israeli forces shot, on Sunday, four Palestinians, including two children, after undercover agents infiltrated the city of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank.
Media sources said that an undercover unit “Musta’ribeen” infiltrated the Old City of Nablus, on Sunday morning, while firing smoke bombs and concussion grenades, before military reinforcements arrived, sparking protests.
Sources added that occupation forces opened fire with live ammunition at local Palestinians who resisted the incursion, shooting four citizens, including two children.
Occupation soldiers shot two Palestinian children, aged 15 and 17, in their legs, while a young man sustained a gunshot wound to the back, and a 60-year-old man was shot in the hand.
Quds News Network (QNN) published photos of a citizen’s vehicle that sustained smashed windows as a result of live rounds.
QNN also published photos of damage to a citizen’s home after the army detonated its door, and proceeded to storm and ransack the home.
Armed Palestinian resistance fighters exchanged fire with the army while they withdrew from the city.
In related news, Israeli forces shot a Palestinian young man in the leg with live ammunition near Bethlehem in the southern West Bank.
