Earlier Sunday, Israeli soldiers abducted at least twelve Palestinians from the several parts of the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) and the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs stated that the abductions occurred in the governorates of Hebron, Ramallah, and Jenin.
The Israeli army continues to conduct extensive invasions and violent searches of homes and property, accompanied by severe beatings and threats against the detainees and their families, as well as acts of vandalism and destruction in citizens’ homes.

It is worth mentioning that the number of abductions since the start of the ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip, on October 7, 2023, the Israeli army abducted at least 11,400 citizens from the West Bank, including Jerusalem.
The army also continues to abduct civilians from Gaza, specifically from the north, including women, children, and medical staff.
The soldiers carry out the crime of enforced disappearance against the detainees and refuse to fully disclose their identities, places of detention and their conditions, including the number of detainees who died in detention, among them those who were tortured to death.
It is known that the specialized institutions have not been able to count the abduction cases from Gaza, which are estimated to be in the thousands, since the start of the genocide.
