On Wednesday evening, Israeli soldiers assaulted and injured two Palestinians in the Khallet An-Nahla area, near Wad Rahhal village, south of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.
Media sources said the soldiers stopped the two Palestinians, Eyad Mohammad Abu ‘Ahour, 35, and Ahmad Rajeh Abu ‘Ahour, 19, from Wad Rahhal.
They added that the two were walking in the area when the soldiers assaulted and injured them.
Palestinian medics rushed to the area and moved the two wounded Palestinians to a hospital in Bethlehem.
It is worth mentioning that the soldiers invaded Wad Rahhal, especially its central part, assaulted many Palestinians, and forced several stores to shut.
On Wednesday, a group of illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers set up a new colonialist outpost on stolen Palestinian land in Bruqin village, west of Salfit, in the occupied central West Bank.
In addition, Israeli forces opened fire with live ammunition towards a diplomatic delegation visiting the Jenin refugee camp, in the northern occupied West Bank.
