On Sunday evening, Israeli soldiers assaulted and injured a young Palestinian man in the town of Ethna, south of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank.

According to media reports, soldiers stormed the western part of the town, stopped the young man, and physically assaulted him.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) confirmed that its medics treated the victim for lacerations and bruises before transferring him to a PRCS medical center for further evaluation.

In nearby ath-Thaheriya, Israeli forces conducted a separate invasion, stopping and searching numerous vehicles and firing live ammunition.

Elsewhere in Hebron, illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers invaded the Huwwara area east of Masafer Yatta and attempted to steal the agricultural tractor of local farmer Atiya Abu Arram before the locals intervened and pushed the assailants away.

In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces invaded the town of al-Isawiya, northeast of the city, and closed several streets, disrupting civilian movement.

In Bethlehem, soldiers invaded the Deheishe refugee camp, south of the city, triggering protests.

Also Sunday, Israeli occupation forces shot and killed 24-year-old Mahmoud Hassan Abdul-Rahman Aqqad near the village of Jit, east of Qalqilia in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.

The killing followed an incident in which Aqqad allegedly fatally wounded an Israeli soldier, Inbar Avraham Kav, 20, though multiple sources suggest the soldier may have been killed by friendly fire.

Before dawn on Thursday, Israeli forces executed two Palestinian young men, after besieging a home in the town of Tammun, south of Tubas in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Health Ministry identified the two young men killed by occupation forces as Mohammad Qassem Suleiman, 29, and Ala’ Jawdat Bani Odah, 20, adding that the army confiscated their bodies.

Since the beginning of the year, Israeli forces and illegal paramilitary colonizers have killed 212 Palestinian citizens in the occupied West Bank, including 39 children and 6 women.

Occupation forces have killed 71 Palestinians in Jenin, 37 in Nablus, 29 in Tubas, 17 in Tulkarem, 16 in Hebron, 15 in Ramallah, 9 in Bethlehem, 7 in Jerusalem, 7 in Qalqilia, 3 in Salfit, and 1 in Jericho.

Since October 7, Israeli soldiers and colonizers have killed 1,047 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank; 295 were killed in Jenin, 213 in Tulkarem, 130 in Nablus, 96 in Tubas, 93 in Hebron, 74 in Ramallah,57 in Jerusalem, 39 in Qalqilia, 30 in Bethlehem, 13 in Jericho and 7 in Salfit.

On Sunday, Day 723 on the ongoing genocide, Israeli forces killed at least 50 Palestinians were killed, and wounded dozens more, in Israeli strikes across the devastated, starved, and besieged Gaza Strip. Among the victims were women and children, with multiple homes targeted in ongoing, relentless bombardment.

Israel has now killed at least 65,549 Palestinians and wounded 167,518, the majority of whom are children, women, and elderly, in the Gaza Strip, since October 2023. Thousands more are believed to be buried under the rubble.
