Eye witnesses reported that an Israeli jeep intentionally ran over a Palestinian and kidnapped him on Sunday in the West Bank city of Qalqilia.
Eye witnesses reported that the 21 year old Khaled Dakhmes was moderately injured after the Israeli troops intentionally ran him over.
Eye witnesses also reported that the Israeli troops kidnapped him taking him to an unknown detention camp.
