Israeli soldiers invaded on Wednesday at dawn several villages near the northern West Bank city of Tulkarem, and kidnapped four residents believed to be supporters of Hamas and the Islamic Jihad. The army invaded the villages of Atteel, Bal’a, Saida and Baqa Al Sharqiyya, and violently broke into dozens of homes causing excessive damage.
The kidnapped residents were identified as; Ala’ Ibrahim Hourany, 22, Mohammad Basem Omar, 23, both from Baqa Al Sharqiyya, Wajdy Abu Khalil, 23, from Atteel, and Samir Ajaj, 28, from Saida.
The army also handed several residents orders to head to nearby security centers for questioning.
Furthermore, the army installed on Wednesday at dawn several roadblocks around Tulkarem, especially on the Tulkarem-Nablus road, searched dozens of vehicles, detained and interrogated dozens of residents for several hours.
