On Saturday, Israeli forces detonated the home of a slain Palestinian man in the northern West Bank city of Nablus. Soldiers shot a young man with live rounds at the Hizma military roadblock, north of occupied Jerusalem.
WAFA correspondent reported that occupation forces invaded the city of Nablus on Saturday morning, surrounded a home on Halawa Street and evacuated several families from their homes.
The army proceeded to place explosives throughout the apartment before detonating the home of the slain young man Mahmoud Al-Aqqad.
It is important to mention that 24-year-old Mahmoud Hassan Abdul-Rahman Aqqad was killed by occupation forces on September 28, 2025 near the village of Jit, east of Qalqilia in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.
International Law prohibits acts of collective punishment. Article 33 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states;
- No protected person may be punished for an offence he or she has not personally committed. Collective penalties and likewise all measures of intimidation or of terrorism are prohibited.
- Pillage is prohibited.
- Reprisals against protected persons and their property are prohibited.
The army stormed the town of Osarin, south of Nablus, at dawn Saturday, breaking into and searching many citizens’ homes, while detaining and interrogating their residents.
Meanwhile, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian young man with live ammunition on Saturday morning, at the Hizma military roadblock, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its ambulance crews transported a young man to the hospital after he was shot in the leg with live rounds.
