Illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers attacked Palestinian residents east of Tubas in the northeastern occupied West Bank on Tuesday, wounding four people and setting fire to agricultural equipment and civilian property.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society in Tubas said its medical teams treated four Palestinians who were injured when colonizers assaulted residents in the Safah–Tayasir area east of the city. All four were transferred to a hospital for further treatment.
Hani Abu Ali, head of the Tayasir Village Council, said that a group of colonizers attacked Palestinians in the area and set fire to a tractor, a private vehicle, and several tents belonging to local families.
He added that confrontations erupted as Palestinian youths attempted to repel the attack and protect the community from further damage, before many Israeli military vehicles invaded the area and attacked the residents.
The assault is part of a growing pattern of colonizer violence across the eastern slopes of Tubas, where Palestinian communities have faced repeated attacks on homes, livestock, and agricultural lands under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.
