Israeli occupation forces continued their violations of the “ceasefire” agreement signed on 10 October 2025, carrying out repeated attacks across the Gaza Strip, including drone strikes, artillery fire, and the demolition of civilian structures. These ongoing violations have resulted in a steady rise in casualties, including children and displaced civilians.

Since early Thursday, the Gaza Strip has witnessed nine new violations committed by Israeli occupation forces against the ceasefire and de‑escalation agreement.

According to field reports, the violations continued throughout the morning in several areas of the Strip, heightening tension on the ground amid the fragile conditions surrounding the current truce.

A young man was killed and at least three others were injured on Thursday when an Israeli drone targeted the Al‑Maslakh area south of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. Medical sources identified the slain Palestinian as Yahia Abu Shalhoub, noting that three others sustained injuries of varying degrees.

Another Palestinian was critically wounded when an Israeli drone struck the Bani Suheila roundabout east of Khan Younis, coinciding with renewed artillery shelling targeting the eastern neighborhoods of the city. Local journalists reported that the strike hit a Palestinian security post in the area.

Earlier Thursday morning, another young man was killed, and several others were injured in a separate Israeli drone strike on the Al‑Maslakh area in southern Khan Younis, marking a continuation of the same pattern of attacks.

In Gaza City, Israeli forces detonated an explosive‑laden robot east of the city, while military vehicles opened heavy fire toward the eastern areas of the Al‑Shuja’iyya neighborhood. Similar gunfire was reported toward the Al‑Mawasi area west of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

Overnight Wednesday, five displaced Palestinians, including three children, were killed when an Israeli drone targeted the Beit Lahia Project area in northern Gaza.

Medical sources identified the victims as Salah Mahmoud Al‑Abed, 12; Abdullah Mahmoud Al‑Abed, 9; Mohammad Bahaa Nabil Balousha, 14; Alaa Nabil Hussein Balousha, 46; and Anas Ehab Saeed Abu Foul, 19.

The Israeli military claimed in a statement Thursday that its northern brigade forces had “neutralized” a person it described as “armed” after allegedly approaching the so‑called yellow line near Israeli positions in northern Gaza.

The statement said the forces opened fire immediately, citing an “immediate threat.” In a separate incident on Wednesday in southern Gaza, the army said troops from the 12th Brigade shot another individual who had crossed the same line and approached soldiers in what it described as a threatening manner.

Israeli forces also opened heavy fire toward the eastern areas of Al‑Musaddar village in central Gaza, while additional injuries were reported from Israeli gunfire in the Halawa refugee camp in the northern part of the Strip.

In central Gaza, four displaced Palestinians were shot and injured east of Al‑Bureij refugee camp, coinciding with artillery shelling targeting areas of Al‑Bureij and Al‑Maghazi.

Tension remained high Thursday morning as Israeli military vehicles continued firing toward the eastern areas of Al‑Shuja’iyya, amid intensified attacks on the outskirts of Gaza City.

In related news, the Rafah Border Crossing with Egypt reopened on Thursday morning after several days of closure by Israel, allowing a new group of patients from the Gaza Strip to travel for medical treatment outside the enclave.

Meanwhile Israeli daily Yedioth Ahronoth reported that the Israeli military has signed a large procurement deal worth an estimated 600 million shekels to purchase new aerial munitions.

According to the report, the deal is part of ongoing efforts by the military establishment to address shortages in its stockpile and strengthen operational readiness, particularly in light of recent field developments and increased demand for air‑delivered weapons.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced, Wednesday, that the death toll from Israel’s ongoing assault since the start of the genocide on October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,562 Palestinians, with 172,320 injured.

Since the “ceasefire” took effect on October 11, 2025, 786 Palestinians have been killed and 2,217 injured, in addition to 761 bodies recovered from under the rubble.

Medical teams warned that many victims remain trapped beneath destroyed buildings and in open areas, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them due to continued Israeli attacks and deliberate obstruction of rescue operations.
