In two separate incidents, three Palestinians sustained live gunshot injuries in the southern West Bank governorates of Bethlehem, where soldiers shot a child, and Hebron, where colonizers shot two others, including a woman.
On Friday evening, Israeli forces invaded the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, shooting a young man with live ammunition.
Media sources reported that occupation soldiers stormed several neighborhoods in the town of Beit Fajjar, firing live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters at Palestinian civilians.
Soldiers shot a Palestinian teen in the leg with live ammunition; neither the severity of his injury or his condition were known at the time of this report.
Meanwhile, on Friday evening, illegal Israeli colonizers stormed the town of Sa’ir, northeast of Hebron in the southern West Bank.
Media sources reported that armed colonizers fired live rounds at Palestinian citizens and their homes after invading the “Al-Adisa” area of Sa’ir town, resulting in the injury of two civilians.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its ambulance crews transported two citizens to the hospital for medical treatment.
The PRCS added that two Palestinians, including a young woman were shot with live ammunition; one was shot in the head and back, while the other was shot in the back.
In related news, Israeli colonizers ran over a young man with their vehicle, before occupation forces abducted him in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron.
Media sources reported that Israeli soldiers abducted the citizen Hamada Kawamleh after he was run over with a settlers’ vehicle, while he was working on his own land.
Later, the Palestinian Health Ministry condemned the attack by Israeli colonizers against citizens in the town of Sa’ir on Friday evening.
The Ministry added that colonizers shot the young man Mohammad Nabil Mutawwar, 26, who is a nurse who works at the Dura Governmental Hospital.
It added that the young man in the back with live ammunition, which struck his spine and damaged his spinal cord, resulting in partial paralysis.
Mutawwar was initially transported to the Hebron Governmental Hospital, before being transferred to the Al-Ahli Hospital in Hebron due to the seriousness of his injuries.
It called for immediate international intervention to protect Palestinian civilians, including medical professionals, against the ongoing and escalating attacks by illegal colonizers.
