Israeli forces carried out widespread invasions across the occupied West Bank at dawn Thursday, breaking into and ransacking homes, abducting numerous Palestinians, and damaging property in several governorates.
In the northern occupied West Bank, Israeli forces invaded Bizzariya and Sebastia, northwest of Nablus, as well as Urif, Burin, Asira al-Qibliya, and Duma, south of the city.
Soldiers broke into and searched homes, ransacked their contents, and abducted six Palestinians. Five were identified as Taysir, Muhannad, and Saif al-Safadi from Urif, and Qais Salem and Omar Nasr from Bizzariya.
Additional Israeli forces invaded Amman Street in Nablus, broke into and ransacked a home, and abducted Abdul Majid Shaheen.
During the invasion, soldiers also detonated explosives inside a metal workshop in the city.
The army later sent reinforcements to Sebastia, where soldiers carried out further home invasions and abductions.
Meanwhile, Israeli colonizers set fire to several Palestinian-owned vehicles in the eastern area of Beita, south of Nablus.
Other colonizers invaded Wadi al-Badhan, east of Nablus, cut electricity to the al-Mas’udiyya area northwest of the city, and prevented local authorities from repairing the damage.
In Jenin, in the northern occupied West Bank, Israeli forces issued demolition notices for agricultural structures beside the road near the Deir Ghazala junction, east of the city.
Israeli forces also invaded Zeita, north of Tulkarem in the northwestern occupied West Bank, and searched the area.
In the central occupied West Bank, Israeli soldiers broke into the family home of 16-year-old Khalil Abu Aliya in al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, caused extensive property damage, and detained children inside during the invasion.
Khalil Abu Aliya and Omar Mohammad Naji al-Naasan, 19, were killed Wednesday evening when Israeli soldiers and paramilitary colonizers invaded the village.
Furthermore, soldiers abducted a young Palestinian man after stopping him at a military roadblock east of Ramallah.
In Salfit, in the central occupied West Bank, Israeli forces abducted four Palestinians from Qarawat Bani Hassan.
Local sources identified them as Ali Abdullah Aasi, whose vehicle was seized by the soldiers; Omran Zaher Rayyan; Mohammad Awad Mer’ey; and Othman Aasi. Soldiers broke into their homes and ransacked their belongings before abducting them.
In Jericho, in the eastern occupied West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the city and its refugee camps and carried out a large-scale campaign of home invasions and abductions. The military operations continued across the governorate later in the day.
In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces invaded Anata and tightened restrictions at military roadblocks surrounding Palestinian communities in the area.
In the Bethlehem governorate, Israeli forces abducted seven Palestinians from several locations.
The abducted residents are Fateh movement secretary Raed Adel Naji, 49, from Doha, west of Bethlehem; Mohammad Raed Shamroukh, 26, from Dheisheh refugee camp; and Hamza Issa Soman, 24, and Mohammad Hani Soman, 31, from Bethlehem city. Soldiers also invaded Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem, and abducted Majed Mousa al-Ajjouri, 44, and his sons Mahmoud and Saif after breaking into and ransacking their home.
In Ethna, west of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank, Israeli forces invaded several neighborhoods, broke into and searched homes, and caused property damage.
The soldiers detained about 30 Palestinians in the home of the family of slain Palestinian Mohannad al-Sa’ud, 34, subjected them to field interrogation, and assaulted several of them, causing bruises and contusions. Israeli soldiers killed Mohannad on September 1, 2024.
In Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, Israeli colonizers released their livestock among Palestinian homes in the communities of al-Rahniya and al-Markaz.
Separately, Israeli colonizers attacked water infrastructure serving the Northern Yarza community, east of Tubas in the northeastern occupied West Bank, disrupting water supplies to residents. Local sources said the same water lines have been targeted repeatedly in recent weeks.
These attacks form part of the daily Israeli violations across the occupied West Bank, where Palestinians face repeated military invasions, abductions, assaults, home invasions, property damage, and attacks on essential water and electricity infrastructure.
