Israeli forces invaded areas across the occupied West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, early Wednesday, abducting Palestinians and breaking into homes. Israeli forces also demolished homes, commercial shops, agricultural structures, greenhouses, and a horse stable, while colonizers carried out attacks in several locations.
In Nablus, in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted three young men during invasions of the city and surrounding areas. Local sources said soldiers broke into and searched multiple homes. The invasions included the Al-Jisr area of Awarta, south of Nablus.
Soldiers abducted Salem Yassin Aseeda after breaking into his home in the village of Tal, southwest of Nablus. They also invaded the Popular Housing and Ein Kakoub neighborhoods in eastern Nablus, where they abducted Rami at-Tirawi. Atallah Hashash was abducted during an invasion of the Rujeib housing area, east of Nablus.
In a separate incident in the Nablus governorate, illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers attacked Palestinian-owned land and stole property west of Jabal Sbeih in Beita, south of Nablus.
In Tulkarem, in the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted six Palestinians after breaking into their homes, searching the properties, and damaging belongings.
The abducted Palestinians were identified as brothers Homam and Khattab Ahmad Matrouk, from Tulkarem city; Salim Abu Khousa, from the Thannaba suburb east of the city; and Hamza Wahdan and Amr Ghalib Abu Zeitoun, from Deir Al-Ghusoun, north of Tulkarem. Ismael ‘Awfi, from Anabta and a resident of Tulkarem refugee camp, was also abducted. During the same series of invasions, Israeli forces entered Bal’a, east of Tulkarem.
In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted seven Palestinians, including two children, during invasions of several towns and villages.
Israeli forces invaded Zububa, west of Jenin, broke into several homes, damaged their contents, and abducted Baha Obeidi and his son, Ezzeddin, a child; Tareq Abdul Qader Jaradat; and Mohammad Walid Jaradat and his son, Rayan, a child.
Soldiers abducted Raed Hassan Shawahna after breaking into his home in Al-Silah Al-Harithiya, west of Jenin. They also abducted Tareq Ghanem after breaking into his home in Kafr Qud, west of Jenin.
As the invasions continued across the governorate, Israeli forces broke into the Zeitouna student housing complex near the Arab American University, where no abductions were reported.
Also in the Jenin governorate, Israeli forces began demolishing commercial shops, agricultural structures, and greenhouses near the entrance to Arrana, northeast of Jenin.
Arrana Village Council head Mahmoud Al-Saadi said 16 commercial shops, agricultural structures, and greenhouses had received demolition notices on September 3.
He added that the demolition was still underway, so officials had not yet determined how many structures had been razed. The targeted properties provide livelihoods for dozens of families, he said.
In Ramallah, in the central West Bank, Israeli forces abducted former political prisoner Ahmad Adib Hassan Al-Saifi, 37, after breaking into and searching his home in Birzeit, north of Ramallah.
Israeli colonizers also invaded the outskirts of Burqa, east of Ramallah. Protests were reported in Al-Bireh, where Israeli forces fired sound bombs.
Furthermore, colonizers invaded the outskirts of Surda village, northeast of Ramallah, and blocked an intersection.
In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces closed the entrances to the Bir Ayyoub and Al-Bustan neighborhoods in Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The closures coincided with an invasion of the home of Palestinian resident Abu Youssef Al-Resheq in the Al-Bustan neighborhood. Demolition crews then began razing the house.
Israeli forces also completed the demolition of a three-story residential building belonging to the Badran family in the Al-Bustan neighborhood of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque. The demolition had begun one week earlier.
Israeli bulldozers also demolished a horse stable in the Al-Aqbat area of Ar-Ram, north of occupied Jerusalem, after Israeli forces entered the area with demolition crews.
Residents said the demolitions reflected ongoing policies targeting Palestinian property. They added that such measures increase pressure on Palestinian communities in occupied Jerusalem amid the continued expansion of colonial outposts.
Elsewhere in occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces fired sound bombs during an invasion of the Al-Salam suburb of Shu’fat refugee camp. Forces later began withdrawing from Anata and Shu’fat refugee camp after a 24-hour invasion. Soldiers also invaded the roundabout in Hizma, north of occupied Jerusalem.
In Tubas, in the northeastern West Bank, colonizers invaded the Bedouin community of Yarza, east of Tayasir, shortly after midnight. Residents described the invasion as part of ongoing attacks targeting Palestinian communities in the Jordan Valley.
In Bethlehem, in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted two young men after breaking into and searching their families’ homes.
Soldiers abducted Ibrahim Mohammad Abu Srour, 22, from Aida refugee camp, north of Bethlehem, and Hamza Al-Hawarin from Dheisheh refugee camp, south of Bethlehem.
Elsewhere in the Bethlehem governorate, Israeli colonizers erected a tent on Palestinian land in Al-Rashayda, east of Bethlehem.
Al-Rashayda Village Council head Bakr Rashayda said the tent was erected near the village’s western entrance, warning that the move could signal the establishment of a colonial outpost at the site.
He added that colonizers have recently intensified their attacks against residents in the Kisan area, including attacks on homes and shepherds and the theft of sheep.
In Hebron, in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted two Palestinians in separate invasions. Soldiers abducted Mahmoud Fawzi Al-Haimouni from Hebron city.
In a separate incident in the Hebron governorate, Israeli forces abducted former political prisoner Ismael Samir Al-Fayyoumi after breaking into Al-Fayyoumi’s home in Al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron, and damaging its contents. Soldiers later invaded Halhul, north of Hebron, and searched several homes.
Furthermore, a group of colonizers invaded the Al-Farsh area, between Khallet Al-Hummus and Wadi ar-Rakhim, south of Yatta, and seized control of a Palestinian water well.
