Palestinian medical sources reported, on Sunday at dawn, that Israeli soldiers bombarded a home Beit Hanoun, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, injuring seven family members, including four children. The sources added that all of the wounded, members of Al Za’aneen family, were moved to local hospitals.
Also on Sunday, three armored Israeli military vehicles and two armored bulldozers, invaded an area east of Al Bureij refugee camp in Gaza, and bulldozed lands in the area while firing at random.
An Israeli military source stated that the shelling “came in retaliation to homemade shells fired by resistance factions in Gaza into adjacent Israeli areas”. No injuries were reported.
The source said that Palestinian fighters fired at least 16 homemade shells from Gaza into adjacent Israeli areas since the beginning of this month. Minor damages were reported, no injuries.
Adham Abu Salmiyya, spokesperson of the Emergency and Medical Services in Gaza, reported that, since the beginning of this month, Israeli soldiers killed three Palestinians, and injured twenty civilians, including six children in the Gaza Strip.
On Saturday, Palestinians medics located the body of a Palestinian youth, in his twenties, under the rubble of a tunnel in Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, after it was targeted by at least one missile.
On Friday, the Israeli Air Force carried out a series of airstrikes targeting several areas in the Gaza Strip leading to damages and four injuries among the civilian population; two of the wounded are children.
At least five Palestinians were wounded, on Wednesday at night, when the army bombarded a number of areas in the Gaza Strip.
