Palestinian medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported that a 13-year-old child was moderately wounded on Tuesday at noon, after being shot by a live round fired by Israeli soldiers invading central Gaza.The child, identified as Mohammad At-Tilbani, was shot in his leg, and was moved to the Al Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.
Earlier on Tuesday, the Salah Ed-Deen Brigades, the armed wing of the Popular Resistance Committees, stated that its fighters exchanged fire with Israeli soldiers invading the area; no injuries were reported.
The Gaza Strip is subject to frequent Israeli attacks and sporadic Israeli gunfire, Palestinian fishermen in Gaza are also subject to ongoing attacks and violations leading to dozens of casualties.
