Dozens of policemen and security officers have invaded prison blocks in the Nafha prison near the Israeli town of Mitzpe Ramon.
They sprayed both tear gas and pepper gas into large crowds of detainees.
At least 14 prisoners least were hospitalized in Israel’s Soroko Hospital, according to a statement by the Palestinian Prisoners and Freed Prisoners Committee.
The news coming from the prison that situation is dangerous. The attack was preceded by smaller attacks against the prisoners, according to the Alternative Information Center (AIC).
