Sunday afternoon, Israeli soldiers annexed eight Dunams which belongs to residents east of Hebron.
The WAFA news agency reported that the annexed orchards located near an illegal settlement outpost.
The lands belong to Othman, No’man, and Suleiman Ali Al-Ja’bary, Hayel Sadeq Al-Ja’bary and Darweesh Al-Ja’bary.ÂÂ
Abdul-Hadi Hantash, an expert in settlements and maps, member of the General Committee of Land Defense, said that the army annexed the lands in order to expand an illegal settlement outpost in the area, and a military camp.
“The residents have court orders issued by the Israeli High Court in 1981 which bars the army from annexing their lands, and bars settlers and soldiers from entering these landsâ€Â, Hantash added.ÂÂ
