At least ten Palestinians were killed on Tuesday in a series of Israeli airstrikes, shootings, and demolitions across Gaza City and northern Gaza, as Israeli forces continue to violate the “ceasefire” agreement that has been in effect since October 10, 2025.

Al-Jazeera Arabic said that medical teams at the Al‑Shifa Medical Complex confirmed the arrival of the bodies of five Palestinians killed, including one child, in an Israeli airstrike on Al‑Shati Refugee Camp, west of Gaza City.

An Israeli drone fired a missile at civilians walking near a tin‑roofed workshop close to the Al‑Danaf junction, killing workers inside the structure as well as nearby residents and passersby.

Earlier, four Palestinians, including a child, were killed when an Israeli drone targeted a police vehicle belonging to the Al‑Daraj and Al‑Tuffah precincts.

The vehicle was struck while traveling along the Nafaq Street in eastern Gaza City, igniting in flames and killing everyone inside. Several civilians nearby were also wounded.

In northern Gaza, a teenage boy was shot in the head and killed by Israeli fire while inside a displacement camp in Jabalia al‑Balad, according to local sources.

Israeli forces also detonated residential buildings and civilian structures east of the Tuffah neighborhood as part of their ongoing deployment in the area. Heavy artillery shelling targeted the eastern neighborhoods of Gaza City, particularly Tuffah and Shuja’iyya, accompanied by machine‑gun fire from attack helicopters.

In southern Gaza, Israeli artillery repeatedly shelled areas southeast of Khan Younis, while Israeli naval vessels opened fire along the coasts of Khan Younis and Rafah.

Ceasefire Violations Over Six Months

According to the Ministry of Health, Israeli forces have carried out more than 2,400 violations of the “ceasefire” agreement since it took effect six months ago.

The Government Media Office in Gaza documented:

  • 912 shooting incidents
  • 97 ground incursions into residential areas
  • 1,109 air and artillery strikes
  • 273 demolitions of homes and civilian structures

The office said these actions constitute systematic violations of international humanitarian law and deliberate attempts to undermine the ceasefire and its humanitarian protocol.

Casualties Since the Ceasefire Began

The Ministry of Health reported that Israeli ceasefire violations since October 2025 have resulted in:

  • 760 Palestinians killed
  • 2,111 wounded

Israeli forces have also abducted 50 Palestinians since the agreement took effect, most of them detained inside residential neighborhoods far from areas of Israeli military deployment.

The Overall Toll Since 2023

According to the Ministry of Health, the cumulative toll of Israel’s war on Gaza since October 2023 has reached:

  • 72,336 killed
  • 172,213 wounded

Humanitarian Restrictions

Israel has allowed only 37% of the agreed‑upon number of aid, commercial, and fuel trucks to enter Gaza over the past six months. Out of an expected 110,400 trucks, only 41,714 were permitted entry — an average of 227 trucks per day, far below the required 600 trucks of aid and goods and 50 fuel trucks stipulated in the agreement.
