Palestinian sources reported that two Israeli air to ground missiles hit a car in Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City. Eyewitnesses reported that the three passengers in the car managed to flee the scene, but three bystanders were wounded, including a 5-years-old child.

Israeli security sources said that they were examining the incident, but denied any immediate information on any new missile strike in Gaza.

Palestinian official source said that the blast was likely caused by an Israeli missile strike, but added that other possibilities are also being checked.

Medical sources reported that the wounded were a 5-year-old boy, a 62-year-old man and a 35-year-old man, but did not release names.

Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli aircrafts were flying overhead shortly before the explosion.

‘We heard an explosion and we rushed to the streets and saw passengers of the car running away,’ a local witness said.
