After three days of full closure, Israeli soldiers reopened abu Holy and al-Matahin checkpoints, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
The closure caused daily suffering to the residents who were not able to move between the northern and southern parts of the Gaza Strip, and were completely blocked in their own areas.
The army closed the two checkpoints following the shooting incident on Kissufim settlement road, leaving two settlers dead.
