Three youth from Anabta Village near Tulkarem were injured on Thursday during clashes between stone throwers and the army.
Medical sources reported that the three were wounded when troops threw an explosive canister which spread fragements.
All injuries were in the head and chest, medical sources said, and added that one of the wounded is in a critical condition.
Residents of the village stated that the army invades the village on daily bases and harasses the residents there.
