The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported on Sunday that the Israeli army, and settlers, killed 3804 residents, and injured 34431 residents, since the beginning of al-Aqsa Intifada in September, 2000.

According to data collected by the ministry, Israeli soldiers killed 317 residents, including 87 children since September 2000 until the end of the year.

In 2001, soldiers killed 599 residents, including 109 children. 

1177 residents, including 191 children, were killed in 2002.

687 residents, including 130 children, were killed in 2003.

890 residents, including 155 children, were killed in 2004,

Over the last seven months, Israel soldiers killed 134 residents, including 45 children.

 

Injuries:

The highest number of injuries was reported in 2001, 11461 residents were injured, including 3912 children.

In 2000, Israeli soldiers injured 11444 residents, including 4087 children.

In 2002 soldiers shot injured 8503 residents, including 2535 children.

In 2004 soldiers shot injured 6203 residents, including 2253 children.

In 2003 soldiers shot injured 5040 residents, including 1708 children.

In 2005 soldiers shot injured 780 residents, including 258 children.

By the end of December 2004, 3000 residents, including children, became physically disabled as a result of their injuries; more than have of them were under the age of 18 at the time of their injury.
