Wednesday evening, Israeli soldiers shot and wounded a resident in Shweika area, near the West Bank city of Tulkarem.
A medical source at Dr. Thabit Thabit Hospital in Tulkarem reported that resident Majd Iman Sarhan, 20, was shot in his right leg.
Sarhan was treated at the hospital in Tulkarem then transferred to a hospital in Ramallah.
In a separate incident, a resident identified as Mohammad Mahmoud Baladna, was harshly clubbed by the soldiers in Tulkarem, and was hospitalized.
